Your initial consultation is completely free and there's no obligation. If we go ahead and submit a mortgage application, there may be a fee - we'll always agree this with you in writing before any work begins.

We can access a wide panel of UK lenders - over 120 - covering high-street banks, building societies and specialist providers, which gives us the breadth to handle most circumstances.

Absolutely. We regularly work with contractors, sole traders, limited company directors and CIS workers. We know which lenders look at non-standard income in the right way.
